1. Acceptance
By using DroneCraft (“Service”), including the web application, API, and related MCP (Model Context Protocol) services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DroneCraft provides an AI-powered drone design assistant that generates component recommendations, CAD-style views, and bill-of-materials. The Service may call third-party AI and MCP providers. We do not guarantee accuracy of designs, compatibility of components, or fitness for any particular use.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You are responsible for any API keys you provide (e.g., OpenAI). Do not share keys or use the Service to abuse third-party APIs.
- You must not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
4. API and Rate Limits
The Service and API are subject to rate limits (e.g., requests per minute/hour per IP). We may change limits with reasonable notice. Excessive or abusive use may result in throttling or blocking.
5. Intellectual Property
DroneCraft and its branding are our property. You retain rights to your designs and inputs. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. Output designs are for your use; we do not claim ownership of your designs.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Drone designs and component suggestions are for informational use; you assume all risk for building, flying, or relying on any design.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
